Village No.7 is a Bay Area-based studio offering floral & interior design services.
Rather than specializing in any singular aesthetic, we believe the best designs are a creative collaboration between designer and client. We want to find your vision and bring it into reality. Village No. 7’s namesake is the founder’s mother’s home village in the Mekong Delta. So remote, her home was known simply as “village number 7” among a series of townships numbered one through eight. The name is a homage to a village culture of resourcefulness, creativity, and community.
We bring beauty to places our community is proud to call home.
CECILIA
TRAN
Owner & Principal Designer
Cecilia Tran is the owner and principal designer of Village No. 7. She spent over a decade honing her craft before launching Village No. 7. She previously operated the floral side of her business under the name of Thoa & May but rebranded to merge her two loves—florals and interiors—under one aesthetically pleasing roof. Her design ethos is two-fold. She believes everyone deserves beauty and that beauty fosters a deeper connection to ourselves and each other.
Given her past life in purpose-driven communications, it makes sense that inclusivity and accessibility are core principles in her work. Outside of Village work, Cecilia is likely talking food with her chef husband and doing her best to keep up with her rambunctious stepson and a 75 lb pittie named Kermit.
